The Milwaukee County Parks system features over 150 unique parks, each with its own distinct character. In 2018 and 2019, Milwaukee County Parks collaborated with local artists, designers, and illustrators to create spectacular park maps, each showcasing the artist's distinctive style.
This poster was designed by Melissa Lee Johnson. Melissa Lee Johnson is a fine artist, illustrator, and graphic designer, and occasional tattoo artist living and working in Milwaukee. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in integrated studio arts and a minor in illustration from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design in May 2016, and was a finalist for a Mary Nohl Fellowship in 2017.
